rocco did play better than him physically, but tiger just beat him out mentally, which in the long run nearly always wins...tiger got lucky a few times, but he is without a doubt the best player ever, and to do it on one leg proved it, u dont see tom brady doing that, tiger had it worse though,(broken leg,not torn tendon) that is what determination is, not saying brady doesnt have it, but tiger has the MOST competetive drive of ANYONE--BEST EVER PERIOD .

Poor rocco probably his last chance to win a major and it happens to be his favorite and tiger just pulls him in not taking credit away from tiger though guy is great winning with his injury playing those great shots during the week and in the PO rocco played great also he has guts too going the distance with tiger even pushing him to an extra hole after the PO wow that was probably the best display off golf iv seen in a long time. Can't wait for tiger to come back.

A) No, you could not. B) He could have won this tournament or at least put himself in a better position to do so but he was erratic down the stretch. C) How many good shots? Weren't you watching? He hit enough to end up in a playoff. D) Part of outplaying someone involves both mental and physical aspects of a sport. EVERYONE knows this. Rocco finally just fell apart.

I think that was Dan Hicks. Usually, he was generally good during the tournament but man, every once in a while he was insufferable. He's gotten a lot worse with the whole Phelps thing at the Olympics.
